SAMWU National Provident Fund has been self-administered since January 2008.  The Fund has been in existence for 20 years and currently has a membership of about 25 000.

The assets of the SAMWU National Provident Fund are currently over R6,6bn and financial reports has been submitted to Financial Services up to the 30th June 2013, which is in full compliance with regulations.
